Exercises to Prevent Premature Ejaculation

sadmanw300h448Premature Ejaculation (PE) is known as the most prominent sexual dysfunction in males and is more often seen in men ages 18 through 30, and it affects 25-40% of men in this age group.

Premature ejaculation is the condition when a man ejaculates before he wants to in half the cases when being physically intimate with his wife. Obviously, this means that a person’s impression of suffering from PE is based on one’s perceptions. In some serious cases, the one bearing the embarrassing condition may ejaculate before intercourse begins.

Treatments For PE-

There are three methods most commonly suggested for those suffering PE:

  • Prescription drugs - These options are not as appealing due to lasting side-effects, and a failure to show any noticeable effect on the man’s ability to last longer.
  • Over the counter creams, PE management lotions - These creams and lotions are supposed to reduce feeling on the skin of the penis for men. Other devices are made to restrict blood flow and sensation to the penile area.

It is obvious that both of these approaches are not only futile, but they have also been shown to be damaging and very dangerous for a mans genital regions.

  • Exercises to prevent PE - Exercises are by far the most promising method to help with PE. Exercises seem to work the best on all factors both physiological and non-physical if done correctly. In fact, some of the exercises, when applied correctly, can help treat PE in a month or less. Also, exercises that prevent PE have no side-effects and add to the overall well-being of the person working on them.

Most exercises stem from the muscle group known as pubococcygeus or the PC. These are the exerciese used to control urinating and ejaculation. The first exercise needed is an exercise used to find the muscle group.

Exercises-

Stop and Go Exercise

This Exercise you do while urinating. Next time you go, try to stop in mid stream. When you stop makes sure you bridal_20061015_honeyconflict_couplenotice what muscle you are using. The muscle you are using is the PC.

Most men with PE actually over-tense their PC muscles during sex, bringing a faster orgasm. By simply focusing on relaxing this muscle group once you’ve identified it, you can see increases of a minute or more in your staying time! So remember to not tense it when you first start exercising.

The Quick Squeeze

Squeeze PC muscle group for three to five seconds and repeat for three to five minutes several times a day.

The Slow Release

Take 5 seconds to fully contract your PC muscles and then hold it for 5 seconds. Finally take five seconds to release. This is considerably harder to do, but with practice you will get better.

These are great exercises to help prevent premature ejaculation. However, Matt Wutzke, the writer of “Ejaculation Trainer” informs that it is important to use these in combination with other more complex exercises, because there are relatively few exercises that are effective. Using “Ejaculation Trainer” has been shown to completely cure PE in under a month using completely safe and natural methods that actually work. Compared to other unhealthy treatments Matt’s program is an actual cure.
